CSE has created the best environmental documentation facility in Asia on environmental issues. The foundation of the institution’s research-based advocacy, CSE’s Library collects up-to-date news and in-depth academic studies and official reports that are made readily available in the form of newspaper clippings, books, journals, pictures and other audio-visual materials.

Building Knowledge Networks

In addition, CSE's Database unit collects, disseminates and publishes information and contact details of professionals, researchers, academicians and organisations working on environment, development and other related issues. The database section provides information to more than 10,000 CSE friends and key contacts.
