            JAL BIRADARI LAUNCHES MOVEMENT TO DROUGHT PROOF VILLAGES 
            Initiating a national strategy to encourage the Jal biradari(water community) to make
            participatory water management a national movement in rural as well as urban regions,
            Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), a New Delhi based non-government organization
            (NGO) and Tarun Bharat Sangh (TBS), a Alwar based NGO organized a three-day conference
