            All are invited to attend the Equity Watch Carnival at the Amphitheatre, India Habitat

            CSEs Cartoon Exhibition.Youth demonstration: CSE, with the Indian Network on Ethics
              and Climate Change (INECC) and the National Youth Forum (NYF) will organise a
            demonstration by youth from across the country in front of the venue Vigyan Bhawan, New
            Delhi, at 10am on 25 Oct to demand equal per capita entitlements for all countries.

            STUDY  
            A Plan for Progress - How to evolve an effective inspection and maintenance system for
            in-use vehicles in Delhi CSE decided to take stock of the current ineffective Pollution
            Under Control(PUC) system and invited two noted international experts to suggest ways
            around it. They recently completed their study and their recommendations, when
            implemented, can ensure better compliance, stronger public support and reduce emissions
