CSE's
Pollution Monitoring Laboratory
CSE's state-of-the-art Pollution Monitoring Laboratory,
set up in November 2000, is charged with the mission of empowering civil society with
the ability to verify and validate their environmental problems. The aim of the CSE Lab is
to create awareness about the health impacts of various environmental pollutants; to
catalyse public opinion; and push for changes at the policy level. The Lab conducts
extensive analysis in three broad areas: pesticides pollution, water pollution, and
monitoring ambient air quality.
