What happened to our right to CLEAN AIR!
Our campaign started with blowing the
lid on smog and exposing the smogmakers in a city where a person dies every hour due to
air pollution. The campaign carries on to clean the air of noxious pollutants to make
breathing easier for all

is. These crawl in without anybody noticing them but changes everything. The version of
Auto Fuel Policy that got the Cabinet nod in October 2003 is not the same as the original
recommendations. We knew that. The government had not agreed with the proposals for fiscal
incentives and an independent regulatory authority to decide fuel and emissions roadmap in
