I am a researcher with JNU. I would like to know if your library is available to me. Isit open on Sunday too.
A.
You can visit our library and refer the resources available with us. You can also avail of the photocopying facilities which is provided @Rs. 2/page. Library is open on  all days  from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m but it is closed on Second and Fourth Saturdays and all Sundays.

Q. Pls let me know: How much noise is produced when man breathes(in decibel)?

Please inform us about the title of article required by you through e-mail/post and let us know whether you want to receive it through e-mail or post. The article will be sent to you accordingly. Our service charges are:
For sending an article through post: Rs.2/page + Postage.
For sending an article through e-mail: Rs.5/page.

Q. I am based at Delhi and am interested in references available at CSE on Organgi project and Katchi Abadis.
A.
We have  12 books on Orangi out of which 10 are on Orangi project. We also have a case study by Siddiqui and Tasneem Ahmed   which refers to squatter settlements in Pakistan and an article titled as Katchi Abadis : L iving on the edge by Kenneth Fernandes. You may visit our Environment Resources unit and access these books on any working day from 10:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. You can also avail of the photocopying facilities which is provided @Rs. 2/page We are closed on second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays.  

Q. I am interested in CSE’s publications on solid waste management.
A.
CSE has npt brought out any publication exclusively on Solid waste management. But we have written few analysis and special reports in our fortnightly magazine  "Down to Earth". The State of India's environment reports brought out by us also have chapters on this issue. If  interested photocopies of the same could be sent to you @Rs 2/copy. We also have books on solid waste management,by other publishers. You can visit our library and refer  the same. OR You can check these reference at our website www.cseindia.org and  inform us of your requirements.

Q. I  am doing research on environmental pollution in Delhi and am in need of some materials, please tell me what is the procedure to get it from your library
A.
If you are based in Delhi, you may visit our library and get the information from the library.
