The Court has attempted to tackle the issue of diesel emissions from buses, the heaviest polluters. But its orders need to be implemented for the 'right to clean air' dream to be realised. Simultaneously, we also need to move fast to control emissions from in-use private vehicles and check their rate of growth to achieve clean air.
