I download images from your website?
A. No,
this is strictly prohibited. Before indulging in any such move a written permission from
us has to be obtained. Downloading images without our consent will amount to violation of
copyright act.
Q. Do you loan video films available in your library?
A. Yes, we provide films on loan for viewing purposes in Delhi
only. The videos are loaned for a maximum of 15 days to. To know about our collection you

and inform us of the films which might be useful to you. Do inform us about your purpose
also. Our fee is as follows:
Security fees: Rs. 1000/film

you sell the video films available in your library?
A. Yes,
we do sell video films of which we have copyrights or distribution rights. The films
produced by CSE and TVE fall under this category. For information about videos which are
